Sebigas has upgraded its internal laboratory SEBIBIO with a new set of 4 pilot digesters for tests on new unconventional biomasses and new mixes. The 4 digesters can be used in parallel, for tests in mono-digestion, or in series for double stage digestion, in order to find the best configuration for the biomass or mix required by the client. The pilot plant effectively produces biogas and/or methane, and the performances are automatically displayed through a dedicated software, that is accessible also online, for a realtime remote control. The software also allows to manage all the process parameters such as temperature, mixing level, daily flow etc etc. Thanks to this new system Sebigas is able to bring directly to the client our internal laboratory SEBIBIO for basic tests, with a real time, effective result on the available biomass, further reducing response timing and getting closer to clients and their necessities.
